October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and we are dedicated to raising awareness about domestic violence. It's a sobering fact that 1 in 4 women will endure abuse from a partner or ex-partner at some point in their lives, and tragically, two lives are lost every week. As we reflect on the 'Behind the Mask' research, it becomes evident that these statistics may not be just numbers; they could be the experiences of our cherished clients, respected colleagues, and even our own dear family and friends. It is imperative that we stand together to break the cycle of silence and offer support to those who need it.
