Last week, I embarked on a soul-nourishing retreat in the heart of the United States, and I couldn't help but reflect on the incredible power of sisterhood. This wasn't my first rendezvous with such retreats, and each time, the experience unfolds as a precious, transformative gem. It's a journey of self-discovery where I've laughed, cried, and found healing alongside the remarkable women who attended. But what truly stands out is the profound essence of sisterhood—the way we inspire, share, and receive love, the unyielding support we offer, and the empowerment that blossoms within our sacred circle.

In the lash industry, a world where competition and gossip often take center stage, it's easy to see why many of us hesitate to embrace the concept of sisterhood. Yet, it's a paradigm shift we deeply value and believe everyone should experience.

Consider honing your business skills, whether it's diving into marketing strategies, exploring new accounting or booking systems, or tackling some of the "less fun" administrative tasks. Use this time to level up and thrive.

Create a Cozy Client Haven: Make your lash studio a warm and inviting haven for your clients. Picture this: a pot of steaming hot water ready for clients to enjoy while they wait, snug and fluffy slippers to keep their feet toasty during their treatment, and an extra-warm blanket or even an electric blanket to ward off the chill. Lash appointments are known for those peaceful moments when clients might doze off for a few minutes. So, let them!
